This website (lendersearch.ca) is a static information site. It sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and has no forms or accounts. It is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs for security and network operation.

Billing

When a broker subscribes, checkout and payments are handled by Polar as the merchant of record. Polar collects the billing information needed to process the subscription under its own privacy terms. LenderSearch does not store your full card details.

The licensed broker tool

The broker-branded tool (each broker's own page) is separate software. When a visitor requests a report on a broker's page, the tool collects the details that visitor enters and delivers them to that broker so the broker can follow up. LenderSearch does not sell, rent, or share those leads, and does not use them for any purpose other than delivering them to the broker. Each broker's page carries its own privacy notice governing how that broker handles the enquiry.
